Young crowds are drawn to the south of PCH because of its thriving urban lifestyle. The village boasts a good number of shops, restaurants, bars and boutiques, most of which are a walking distance from the residential areas. If you're after a bigger venue, it's just a short drive to Fashion Island on Newport Beach or the famous South Coast Plaza in Costa Mesa.
And of course, there's the beach life. Just outside your Corona del Mar south of PCH beachfront property is an entire beach community centered on the Corona del Mar State Beach, one of OC's biggest attractions. Also close by is the Crystal Cove beach and its famous park with nature trails and open hills.
